  • Beef stroganoff with button mushrooms, fried leeks & sour cream
  • Braised veal shoulder with white beans, vegetables & creamy veloute
  • Grilled gourmet sausages with onion jam
  • Eastern style lamb with ginger, coriander & toasted cashews
  • Rib eye fillet steaks with red onion & red wine jus

Chicken

  • Butter chicken
  • Orange & mirin glazed chicken
  • Sautéed chicken with tomato, olives & feta cheese
  • Lemon & rosemary chicken with thyme & walnuts
  • Duck ravioli with roast ginger, star anise, white wine & shallot sauce

Vegetarian

  • Three mushroom ravioli, porcini, field & Swiss brown with creamy tomato sauce
