The Leagues Club now offers all St George Illawarra fans a one-stop shop for all Dragon apparel with a new merchandise outlet opened at the club.
The Dragons merchandise shop will stock all on-field gear, training apparel, streetwear, business attire, women’s and children’s wear. St George Illawarra merchandise manager Chris Highett said the shop was an important addition to the club.
“Not only is it important to have a brand presence,” Mr Highett said. “But it is a great revenue stream for the football club itself. There has been a need for a retail outlet and finally there has been an opportunity.
“The development of areas around the Club has given us adequate space for the brand and the merchandise.” Unlike at other retail outlets, 100 per cent of the money made by the Dragons shop is put back into the club.
“It is a purposely built mechanise store and we will stock gear that you may not be able to find if you go somewhere else. “The beauty is that every dollar you spend stays with the club and helps go toward the Dragons Community programs.”
Dragons Red-V members receive a 20 per cent discount on all stock. “The Red V member discount is the biggest saving in the NRL for merchandise,” Mr Highett said.
The shop will be open with extended trading hours at every WIN Jubilee Oval home game.
The Dragons Shop is located at St George Leagues Club.
Trading hours: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 11am-6pm,
Thursday 11am-9pm & Saturday 10am-4pm.
